You Cannot Serve God and Riches

²⁴ “No one can serve two masters; for either he will hate the one and love the other, or else he will be loyal to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve God and mammon.

Father in Heaven,

Please help us as a nation.

Please help us as a people.

Please help us as Fathers & Mothers, Brothers and Sisters, Sons and Daughters, Children and Parents to turn from our love of money.

Please forgive us our selfish ways and strengthen us against the temptations of this world to be self serving and self seeking.

Please, instead Lord help us to be more self-less

desiring to be a blessing to others

with the abundant gifts you have entrusted with.
